For example, how a piece of clothing looks on the body changes significantly with good lighting. And is your target audience in the area where your POS is located, is it worth staying in this location?

Every rule has its exception, though. In luxury markets, visibility is not always important — there is an audience that seeks exclusivity and does not mind traveling greater distances.

Customer service is also essential at the point of sale

Your team must align with the brand's profile, trained for both routine and unexpected situations.

Obviously, the products offered must be high quality, with proper customer assistance and support. This will build loyalty so the customer returns to your point of sale time and again.
